Through specialization run coaching and careful training we can take you to where you want to be as a runner.
Nothing is better then setting a goal and achieving it. Run coach Lydia Imperiale provides training plans for all distances. From beginner programs, 5Ks, 10ks, half marathons, marathons to qualifying for the Boston Marathon. There is no goal too small or big. We will take the right steps to make them achievable with our coaching and targeted training programs.
Our training plans are sold on a monthly basis. Depending on what your goals are and how long it can take to to reach them determines the length of the training cycle. You will work very closely with our coach and receive your individual workouts weekly via an app, so you can live anywhere and be coached by Find Your Pace coaching.Please reach out in the contact us section for more information.
