One of the benefits of having a run coach is that it takes the guess work out of your daily workouts. We make a personalized weekly training plan just for you and your goal.
To get started reach out through the contact us section of our website. First, we will send you a athlete questionaire to fill out. This will outline your goals and every detail of your running, health and athletic history. Once this is completed we will schedule a phone call to discuss the questionnaire. We will talk about what your running goals are and how running and training will fit into your busy lifestyle. We will talk about all aspects of running including mobility training, stretching, strength training and recovery.
Our training plans are billed monthly and usually the training cycle is 3-4 months. This timeline varies depending on the individual. One size does not fit all. You will receive your training plans via an app either weekly or bimonthly (your choice). Lydia will be checking in frequently and giving feedback during the training program and adjusting training if need be. When it comes time for your race we will schedule another call to talk about specifics and all details of the big day as you get ready to toe the starting line.
